Long day

Today seemed SO long. I was tired all day (I ate my lunch quickly and took a 40 minute nap in the breakroom yet was STILL tired). Then, I had to go see the ENT (ear nose throat doc) who ended up running over an hour behind (napped, still tired). So, they had me see a different ENT. Less than ten minutes after going in, I was done. "Yep, you have a chronic ear problem. Use these drops. Come back in a couple of weeks. And, oh, let's test your hearing."

I've scheduled an appointment with a counselor. It's been years since I've seen one. The last one I had seemed to be mostly about the drugs "Here, take these, and shut up." I had one that I liked, once, when I was teenager, and it seemed to help some (... so naturally, that had to stop.). She didn't think I needed medicine. She thought I needed somebody to talk to.
